Aden is a partner of the corporate and employment practice in Adam & Aden with over 7 years’ experience advising Indonesian and international corporate clients on foreign investments, general corporate matters, distribution & manufacturing and employment matters, in Indonesia. His practice covers a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, automotive, real estate, consumer goods & retail, financial services and technology. Aden practice area also litigation proses on industrial relations dispute.

Before co-founding Adam & Aden, Aden developed his career in the multinational companies: Astra International – Daihatsu, Mercedes-Benz Group, working for Indonesian companies with international exposure and alongside with international team. In 2017, Aden develop his lawyering practice as a partner in Silaban & Hartono Law Firm. Aden is versed in employment matters, government relation and labour union relation matters.
